Your pet’s don’t know what time of the year it is unless you’re like most pet owners who would do almost anything to make sure your furry pal can celebrate the festive season too.
So our top 4 list for including your pet during Christmas are:
- Get in the Spirit and Decorate your Pet – We’re not saying exactly like a Christmas tree, but a little red and green ribbon on their collar works, or otherwise on their shelter if your pet isn’t into fancy dress.
- Give them a treat on Christmas Day – not enough to make up for a year of making sure they eat healthy, but a couple of extra pieces of their all time favourite treat certainly won’t do them any harm.
- Spend more time with your Pet – you will be busy entertaining the family and friends, but make sure you have some time to sit and cuddle with your furry companion. If they prefer alone time, that’s ok…just steer clear of them and give them their space.
- Buy a gift for your pet – everyone loves a gift and pets are no exception. Most pet gifts come in the form of their favourite snack time treat. But think outside the square and buy them something they will enjoy playing with or perhaps something to wear.
